Robotics; Notes DaSH Anime Adaptation “Unlikely” To Happen

One of the chief officers of developer MAGES and Robotics; Notes DaSH writer, Chiyomaru Shikura, recently replied to a fan on Twitter, revealing that a potential anime adaptation for the aforementioned game is unlikely to happen.

For those unaware, this game is the direct sequel to the Science Adventure visual novel Robotics; Notes. And Robotics; Notes received an anime adaptation, so the prospect of DaSH seemingly not getting one may seem odd. However, DaSH is a… weird experience, for lack of a better term.

The main canonical story route it follows is arguably lacking in meaningful events, and a good chunk of the game’s significance arises from side routes that technically don’t actually occur.

I’m sure if the team really wanted to, a Robotics; Notes DaSH anime could happen one way or the other, as it would undoubtedly be a less strenuous exercise than a potential Anonymous; Code anime adaption. Still, I personally don’t see them going through the trouble.

The initial tweet sharing this revelation from Chiyomaru is viewable below:

Robotics Notes Elite and Robotics Notes DaSH are currently available for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

Chaos; Head Noah / Chaos; Child Double Pack is releasing for Nintendo Switch in the West on October 7, 2022.

Chaos; Head Noah / Chaos; Child Double Pack is a physical release of the collection that includes both games, a Steelbookand the DLC lingerie. Regarding this, the official website states that the fictitious waifu, Seira Orgel, will not adorn her lingerie costume DLC for the North American and European releases.

Chaos: Head Noah can be seen as the director’s cut version of the original Chaos; Head which was a PC-only release in Japan. Noah added character routes and released for several consoles in Japan. Unfortunately, no edition of Chaos; Head has ever received an official localization.

Chaos; Child is a visual novel taking place 6 years after Chaos; Head Noah, focusing on a new group of protagonists. This title did receive an official English localization from publisher PQube on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and by publisher Spike Chunsoft on PC via Steam.
